Door County Memorial Hospital, in Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin is a fully accredited, acute-care hospital and outpatient medical center, with 25 licensed beds. Door County Memorial Hospital has been serving the health care needs of the area since 1943.

The hospital offers a full range of services and specialties, including home health (a part of Ministry Home Care), a skilled nursing facility for long-term care and rehabilitation services, a rehab services department and North Shore Medical Clinic.
